Happy B'day to her:))
Well, send invitation cards about 10days before the day, take confirmation calls and note then down who is coming and who is not. Then you plan food items and drinks like Pizzas, hot dogs, ice creams etc.
For goodie bags, one or two little age appropriate toys and few candies without nuts included will do with a little thank you card inside. That's it ,enjoy:)
Hi,
For birthday parties, you can hire party providers.. there is one on Banjara hills road. But that will be a bit expensive. The best way would be to do it your self. First thing to decide is the number of guests. If there are too many it will be difficult to manage, and since you say your kid is just 2, its better to have fewer kids. If you are having kids only party, with may be mothers in attendence too, just have a simple menu and get everything planned two days ahead.. goodie bags, cake etc. In Hyd, Midways and Rana bakery in Banjara Hills make good cakes. or you can order one from nearest to your place. Goody bags and return gifts, what to give depends a lot on age of the kids attending. If the kids are of your kids age, 2 or 3, better things will be small toys, if older then crayons, sketch pens, stickers are inexpensive options to fill goodie bags with. you can also put few chocolates, party caps, hooters, etc.. The near the Nampally station road there is a street which is full of these stationery shops with wholesale packs of these stationery for going away gifts.. forgot the name of the street, but you can ask around..
hope this helps.
Hi hyderabadi's
If u want to arrange a party for kids only..do one thing.
decorate ur hall with color papers and some decorative stars and all.normally kids like biscuits and chocolates etc..u can give these to them.At last u can give to the kids some gifts like toys ,books and coloring papers etc...according ti their age and gender.keep them in a gift cover and give it to them..so that they will be surprised and happy..
Invite lot of kids and limit the number of elders and make a lot of space for kids for play area, have some goodies for them to enjoy, and dont forget balloons, crowns, chocolates and brownies for them:) and you can make sure to give them return gifts like books or other stuff also, well,i never attended one such party or either organized also but helped a friend recently and the kids sure enjoyed it:)
